Was very helpful in every aspect of helping us sell our house and also find and buy a house as well. He was great to communicate with, easy to get a hold of and call back was always timely. He took us to see houses on short notice and allowed us to look at our pace. He kept us in the loop and looked out for us and was able to ease a lot of the stress of selling and buying a house with his help and advice when we needed it. He made sure that things were right from start of listing our house to the day before closing on our new house making sure things were the way they were supposed to be, to even after still checking to make sure things are going good. He was great to our kids, giving them gifts for the new house. We would recommend Shane and if we move again we will call and use him again.
