I've worked with other realtors and Shane is the first one I really enjoyed working with

Initially, I began working with another realtor. I had known Shane Kirk, though not well. I was not happy with the follow-through or commitment of the other realtor so when Shane contacted me I met with him. I can not say enough good about Shane. I was very overwhelmed with the whole process. A single mom with 2 kids and a difficult animal situation. Shane was so calm and patient. I could not have done this process without him. If I had a question he was there, researched it, and followed through with an answer for me. If I had a concern he worked through it with me. I was able to contact him and he'd be available. There were challenges along the way on the sale of my house and he not only kept me informed, but worked hard on coming up with answers and patiently explained what was going on. I've worked with other realtors and Shane is the first one I really enjoyed working with and that I felt earned his commission! I made the right decision in working with him and I would definitely recommend him to others!
