I know giving him all excellent marks on a survey seems like I rushed through it or didn’t give thought to it but he deserves every last one. He went above and beyond many times! Being out of state I had to have someone that would score all excellent or I was just asking for trouble. Shane made numerous trips to the house to check on things. Those small things that most take for granted because they are there to do it themselves. Some not so small, that weren’t any where near his job description, but he did it because he knew It would mean a 10 hour round trip drive for me. He was patient with the “I know this is a stupid question “ questions and answered each and every one with professionalism and a smile on his face (even though I never saw it, you could hear it). There was never an unreturned phone call, text or email. I know I wasn’t his only client but he made me feel like I was. GO SHANE!!!
