Great first experience buying a home with Shane!

Shane was extremely communicative during the home buying process and clearly went out of his way to do extra market research and gain some background knowledge about the Fort Collins area even though it's outside of his typical area. He did a great job taking the time to painstakingly explain the steps in the home buying process to a first time home buyer (me). I dealt with a number of agents initially and got the feeling that they felt as though I was not serious about purchasing. Shane, on the other hand, successfully and completely utilized his expertise to bridge the gap between my lack of home buying experience and finding a great home in a great area. I would highly recommend Shane to any home buyer and especially those that are looking to purchase a home for the first time.
