There are not enough words to describe how dedicated and caring Shane and his wife, Beth, are. They truly went above and beyond in their efforts to sell my sister's house for me. Living in Indiana it was wonderful knowing that Shane was keeping a close eye on the property in Florida. He was more than willing to do everything from staging the house to contacting repair personnel to get the house in tip top condition. He held multiple open houses and did everything in his power to get the house sold in a difficult market; keeping me informed every step of the way. I have worked with several realtors over the years, both buying and selling homes, and none have come close to being as helpful and caring as Shane. I recommend him highly.
