Shane Collins is an excellent and experienced Real Estate Agent. As out-of-town owners of a home in Chico, she provided much needed guidance in hiring reputable service vendors. She was patient with us as we made improvements to the property prior to selling. Once listed the home sold quickly and with multiple offers.
