Shane provided my husband and I a professional home purchasing experience while maintaining his great personality throughout (anyone can point to a wall and quote a price but Shane related to us and made us feel very comfortable in knowing exactly what we were buying and what we were not buying). We greatly appreciated his no nonsense manner and high level of responsiveness throughout the entirety of the purchase.
