Shame knew what I was looking for and what I could afford and he was very prompt and he would go over everything check everything out I had any doubts or questions he took care of it right away. We are new to NEPA and PA in general. He was willing to meet us on a weekend when we came from NC to visit PA and show us houses. He saw some of our tastes and was very knowledgeable about the area. We moved to an apartment in Honesdale and loved the easy going life, and continued our search. He showed us one house and we liked it but didn't love it.
