Whelp, we closed on our first house yesterday and I can't even begin to express our gratitude for Shane and Kim Barker at Vitis Realty. They've been working with us for years now, because we're self-employed and our business was still fairly new when we first started looking for a house. Finally, this year we qualified for a decent home loan and within weeks they'd found the perfect house for us. I will say, God blessed us—not just with this amazing realtor-duo, but also with some pretty smooth sailing. And I know that isn't always the case, especially with the market the way it is right now, but I also know that Shane and Kim played a huge part in how smoothly it went.
