Shanda was very knowledgeable in where the propertoes were and was very helpful in lining up a meeting for us to meet the owner of the we bought. She would be on the property when inspectors were there when we could not be. I would highly recommend Shanda as your real estate person to go through if you are looking for one and I will definitely give her referrals to anyone looking and asking if I know of a good one.
