What can I say about Shanda? She is definitely one of the best and most professional realtors out there. She has always been spot on concerning her local knowledge about any area you inquire about. She knew exactly what to do to help make our house most asthetically pleasing so that it would sell quickly. Since we have not seen our house in so long, it has been a rental for 10 years, she would go the extra mile to go out there and check on it for us. There are not enough time or great words that I can say about Shanda; she goes the extra mile to make the experience positive.
