Shana is a great agent she represents what a agent should be. She is amazing dedicated to her job and she makes things happen even if seems to be hard to get it. Very attentive and she looks just what you want. The experience was very pleasant and she was very helpful nice and very informative all the time. The bank kept dragging with asking for all the documents til the last minute, we even had to move our closing date out abit, almost lost the deal with the seller but Shana went on súper women mode and pushed each dept and everyone with emails and call after call til we got this done!!!
