We contacted Shana to help us find and purchase our first home. The first time we spoke over the phone I was impressed with her knowledge and eagerness to help me. She jump right on it, showed me every house I wanted to see, explained everything in a way that way easy to understand. She went above and beyond and was very professional. She saved us a TON of money and told us what we needed to do each step of the way and we were very impressed with the way she negotiated. We feel like we also made a friend in the process.
