You're losing if you aren't working with Shana

Shana is AMAZING!!! She has been our realtor for about 9 years through several transactions, and she has always done a phenomenal job at everything. She answers all our questions about the buying/selling process, is knowledgeable about the market and trends, and knows how to stage a house! Also, she is so on top of everything, we never had any issues with steps or processes being forgotten. One of my favorite things, though, is she will absolutely not pressure you to buy something you don't totally love or cannot afford; she'll tell you exactly how it is whether that's good or bad; and that means you end up in a great situation no matter if you are buying or selling. I would highly recommend Shana - if you aren't working with her, you're on the losing end of the transaction.
