Shana was so helpful as my family sold our house last summer. We were confident that we wanted to move to a different state, but after living in our home for years we had so many many memories of raising our family there, it was an emotional process. As offers came in, she helped us navigate that process to know what steps to take and how to finalize the sale (and we were very pleased with the profit for the final sale.)
