I spent 5 months looking for a home in the the Berkley, Royal Oak, Ferndale area. I was extremely selective, and contacted Shana daily with potential houses I thought I might want to visit. Shana was patient, answered all of my questions and was also able to filter out houses that did not meet the criteria I had originally listed as being non-negotiables. She was well informed regarding the neighborhood and the houses we looked at, and was great at guiding me to find my perfect home.
