The best!!

Shana is such a sweet person! She helped us buy a house and sell our old house! She was amazing when we were looking for a house. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted. She was VERY accommodating when it came to looking at houses. I know she is a very busy woman, but it was like she cleared her schedule every time I wanted to go see something. Buying the house went so smooth. She really got all our ducks in a row at closing, and it all went perfect. This is my second time buying a house, first time with Shana and it really makes a difference when someone truly cares about what they are doing. Now on to selling. Holy cow I feel like it was a blur. I want to start by saying I was VERY attached to our house. Shana never pressured me to do anything. By the time I was finally ready to sell I was 8 months pregnant. I called her one night and told her I was ready. She called me back and said she had someone that wanted to make an offer. Unfortunately that didn’t work out. But the second she put it on the market she had several offers. We pick the best one and got everything ready to close. At no fault to Shana the offer fell through. The buyer had an emergency and loss funds and had to back out. At this point I just wanted to give up. But Shana kept reassuring me and telling me it was all going to work out. Well it 100% did. She found a buyer with a better offer within a few days. I past my due date and Shana was so scared I wasn’t going to make it to closing. But I did and I found out the night before closing the new family buying our house was a childhood friend. It was so perfect! And as with buying our new home Shana made closing on our old home so easy! She truly is the best! She makes everything so smooth and answers questions in ways you will understand without making you feel stupid. If you want someone to make everything easy for you go with Shana!
