Shana and Diane are a class act. They have been in the business to have the knowledge, connections and recommendations that helped up both in buying a home quickly and selling our home that we weren't even planning to sell until our dream home came on the market. They guided us through pre-approval, showing us the home, and putting in an offer all within 72 hours. And then they guided us on how to make sure our home would be ready to sell. The added bonus--they found us the buyer who put in an offer even before we listed! We couldn't have asked for a more seamless process from start to finish. They shortened the entire process for us, connected us with contractors who could help, advocated for us when needed. They did their jobs and we are thankful we went with such an experienced team to both buy and sell our home.

Working with Delcollo & Salvatore for the second time now! First was to purchase our home in 2009 which went flawlessly! Now to sell the same home in 2021!
