Shana really helped us out of a bind. We bought this house right before the financial crisis and lost money on it for six years. It was still underwater, but Shana's advice and recommendations helped us fix what was necessary and then break records for the neighborhood with ten offers in one weekend. And all of this while I was living in New Jersey and didn't have to come down once. I am very grateful and highly recommend her!
