Shan Shan helped the reviewer buy this property

As our agent, Shan Shan has helped our family...

As our agent, Shan Shan has helped our family with three purchases since 2020, two in Irvine and one in Tustin. She listens well to our needs and negotiate even better with high degree of creativities to turn an otherwise impossible deal to closure. Local knowledge, connections and resources are all in her bags of skills. Her patience and respects to our shifting opinions makes her the best among MANY I have worked with. Hard working is a given in this business but Shan Shan still beats my expectation. For our purchased properties for rental, she helped tremendously as well since we are first time landlord in OC.
