It has been an interesting journey buying a house during covid, and Shalu was there to guide us throughout the process. She was very responsive and always available when we had questions. She was also very resourceful, and provided suggestions or contacts whenever we needed expert opinions. During covid, it was difficult to ensure consistent communications and progress from all parties involved, and Shalu was very reliable and ensured everyone was on the same page. It wouldn't have been possible without her commitment and dedication!
