I can't recommend Sha highly enough! Selling a house isn't always easy, especially when you live out of state, but Sha made the process go as smoothly as possible. She helped with everything from scheduling maintenance and repairs, to sharing her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. She was always on top of things (even when I wasn't), was extremely professional, and always communicated promptly. Selling my house would have been incredibly difficult without her expertise.

We had very little time to find a home and were thrilled when Shalamaree took our call and met us at the house just a short time later. She made every effort to help us in our decision and then she got the purchase agreement ready to sign the next day. This left us free to return to NC and start the process of closing up our old house and getting it on the market. On my way back to New Mexico I caught corvid, and of course gave it to my husband. Shalamaree reached out and offered to help by bringing us anything we needed. It was so nice to know I already had a new friend in my new town. Shalamaree was wonderful to work with. She answers all your questions and always gets back to you right away. I thought it would take at least a year to sell my home due to location, she had it sold within 1 month. She is a hard worker and knows what she is doing very professional.
