When I met Shakearah she was on her a game she told me all her background experience her years of service being a broker and what really impressed me was she presented to me a report of my house telling me how much my house is worth on the market and also advising me that I don't have to start it that price I can go higher I was very blown away about her knowledge of my house and my property she knew exactly what she was talking about I was very impressed by her she was always available to me she answered my questions at any time she will call and check up on me let me know how many beers are on the house so far whether you're a good beers or bad beers she stayed in contact me through the whole process she is the most experienced friendliest agent I have ever met and I recommend her to anyone that's buying a house also me and her are still friends even after I sold the house we will always be best buddies I recommend Shakearah to anyone that's buying a home she is excellent

Shakearah is a people person she listened to you and she makes you feel like you're the most important person there is she understands you and she answers all your questions when she came to my house and looked at it she says to me your house is going to sell very quick so start packing she gave me the price range that I should start at but we decided we're going to start there and go higher she was very confident I was very confident she gave me good advice but she kept telling me pack your boxes Gloria it's going to sell at first I didn't take her serious so I took my time about packing my boxes and going to get my boxes my house is on the market for at least one week I got three offers good offers the house sold within less than a week and a half and she kept telling me to pack your boxes well I packed boxes but believe it or not the day of the closing I was still moving out of the house so when she said pack your boxes you better pack your boxes she's the world best real estate agent that is cuz she stayed on top of me I'd text her she answered I called she answered she always called and checked on me making sure I'm having a good day I would recommend Shakearah to anyone that's trying to sell or buy their house oh and by the way she's going to help me buy another house thank you Shakearah you're the best.
