The best realtor! I was out of state looking for a winter home here in Ft

The best realtor! I was out of state looking for a winter home here in Ft. Myers when I came across Shaina. Im not sure how, but im so happy I did. She really did everything to find me my dream home! She checked in to every house I was interested in and even took my texts at 3am when I couldn't sleep! She took pictures inside homes and even made a layout so I could wrap my head around the pictures and where everything was. I would, hands down, send anyone and everyone to this realtor. When she says she has your back, she really does have your back and will find what you are looking for even when you arent in the same state! Thank you Shaina for eveything!! The Flemings 🫶

My wife and I had contacted Shaina about looking at homes in South western Florida , we flew in fro

My wife and I had contacted Shaina about looking at homes in South western Florida , we flew in from Canada and Shaina had 13 homes for us to look at in our price range , we looked at them all in two days . She was very understanding on what we where looking for area , size, amenities etc.. We ended up flying back home and thinking about all the properties, we finally decided on one Shaina submitted the offer and we are ecstatic to say that we are going to be homeowners in Florida !!
