Shahla is wonderful. She found the perfect property for me. She is great to work with...responds quickly, on top of all details and is very in the know. She is very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

Shahla is simply the best. She's warm, friendly, great listener, willing to push for what you want, but not afraid to tell you when you are overreaching. Every step of the way, in selling one home and then buying another, Shahla was there, always available. She took the time to learn who we are and what we wanted. And even what we didn't know what we wanted (or did not want). I think this sums up why we love Shahla. We were looking at a house and going through it, we started settling, and probably would have put in an offer for that house. Shahla said this house isn't for you and laid out the reasons why. Don't settle she said, you're perfect home is coming. And she was right. A week or so later, we found that perfect home. We consider ourselves Blessed to have had Shahla working with us.

If I could give Shahla 6 stars I would. I've honestly lost count of how many homes Shahla has helped me purchase and sell over the last 10+ years...I believe we are at 6 or 7 total transactions now. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the real estate arena, the Atlanta metro area, economic situations in general (that affect home buying/selling), negotiating, issues that arise with a house, housing trends, etc. She has become a very good friend of ours over the years, and is a very ethical and professional real estate agent overall. I would highly recommend Shahla, and would be more than happy to speak with any potential buyers/sellers as a reference for her. Thanks as always, Shahla!!!
