Shahin was knowledgeable and gave us good advice on what it takes to sell our house for maximum value. We remodeled the house based on her suggestions. She even came by and propped up the house and hired a professional photographer to take the house pictures for the listing. When she first put up the house for sale, she guaranteed the house would sell in 30 days—to my surprise she was able to sell our house in 3 days and above asking price. I would highly recommend Shahin if you’re look for a real estate agent.
