On the positive side Mr. Nasrin makes an excellent appearance, and is invariably polite and responsive. Inspection of the house after it was under contract revealed some previously unknown problems. Mr. Nasrin did not have knowledge of the high quality professionals who could handle the problem, nor did he seek the help of his prestigious company in identifying the needed expertise. This resulted in false starts in fixing the issue, and considerable and costly delays. The house was eventually fixed and sold. We would recommend Mr. Nasrin but with the caveat noted above.
