We are so thankful for all Shadricka has done for us. She is awesome! We would highly recommend her and we will be asking her to sell our other home in the future. She is caring, kind, flexible, knowledgeable and wants the best for her clients. Always helpful answering each and every question we had. She truly goes above and beyond. She loves what she does and it shows. We couldn’t have asked for better!
Ms Thomas took the phrase over and beyond to a different level. She exceeded my expectations. Whether I needed to complain about my personal life or the process, she was there for me. She negotiated and put my best interest first throughout the entire process. She empowered, motivated, and encouraged me the whole way through. *If you looking for a Realtor that doesn’t just talk the talk, but makes it happen, Ms Thomas is indeed the one!
I had a very pleasant experience working with Shadricka to find my very first home. Once I shared with her what I was looking for in my home and the price range that I was comfortable with, she made sure I would go to the closing table knowing that I got what I wanted and more. She is highly recommended!
It was a pleasure to have Ms.Shadricka Thomas as my realtor. Her kindness and awesome knowledge of what I wanted in my new home was great. She always had time to seek out things for me. She also connected with me on things I had no idea about. She is such an amazing woman and handles her business very professionally and with Grace. I recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting your homeowners dream come true!
Shadricka was an awesome realtor! She is knowledgeable about programs that can assist with down payment assistance and even helped me find a very good lender . She has impeccable negotiating skills and really listens to her clients needs and wants . I started working with Shadricka in June 2024 and closed on my first home on 9/11/2024. Shadricka constantly encouraged me … scheduled showings everyday unless I said “ can we take a break?” lol. You will love her!!! Thanks so much Shadricka!! Your hard work and dedication helped me close on my first home !!
