Simple land sale that turned into a host of problems. However, Shaddiff shined by assisting me addition support resources through her industry. Communicated to me throughout the process but also when other professionals lacked the skills. Most times she was contacting me even prior to those professionals with the same important information. Shaddiff made the difference, even with moral support during those extended times when waiting for those processes that needed the other professionals to complete their roles. Lastly, I would say that Shadiff exemplifies true professionalism and Customer service in the industry.
