Shabrina was incredibly helpful and efficient in helping us find and purchase our new home. Almost too efficient. We found our new home after only two outings, and I was having lots of fun talking with her and learning about the area! She knew the market extremely well, and guided us on which areas to avoid and which to concentrate on. My wife and I have somewhat different styles, but Shabrina found us a home that is perfect for both of us. And the best part...she is a great negotiator. I am glad I wasn't on the other side of the table from her. I would say I look forward to working with her again, but we have our dream home now! Maybe a beach house in the future:)
