My partner and I are very lucky to have met Shaaron a few years back when we made a spur of the moment decision to check out an open house. Shaaron understood we weren’t ready to buy at that point and even helped us find a rental a year or so later. She’d check in every once in a while, but remained respectful of our timeline and buying ability. Finally, when we were ready to move forward, Shaaron was there for us. And while she got us searching quickly and effectively, Shaaron managed to keep it all stress-free for us. Despite her busy schedule, Shaaron was happy to bring us to the latest open houses as soon as possible if we were interested. We moved at a pace that would eventually give us an edge over competition when we found the house we wanted to buy. And at that point, Shaaron remained on top of the process, working with the selling agent, keeping us filled on next steps, and always sticking up for us through inspection and negotiations. She made sure we saw, understood, and signed all of the necessary documents along the way. With Shaaron’s help, we never held up the process and everything proceeded smoothly. She was also kind enough to join us at our closing meeting with the title company, again protecting us by making sure we were aware of what we were signing and offering advice on decisions we’d have to make following the sale. Shaaron’s advice never steered us wrong and we already plan to ask her for more as we big house-related decisions!
