For most people purchasing a home can be a scary and daunting task, but having the right agent can make all the difference. If you're looking for a knowledgable, punctual and motivated agent who will go above and beyond for her clients then look no further! From beginning to end we couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying process than the one we had with Seyla. To start off with her wide array of contacts including lenders, inspectors, sewer scope technicians, structural engineers & more really took the burden off of us in having to search for and schedule services that were unfamiliar to us. Next, creating a game plan for us to determine what homes would best fit our needs and then actually searching and touring homes in which her expertise really shined through whether it was a foundation concern, drafty windows, possible roof issue or even some faulty moldy siding she had broad knowledge about every matter and pointed out what we should and shouldn't be concerned about. Furthermore, to putting down an offer and using her knowledge and expertise to create the strongest and most appealing offer we could put down all while keeping us safe in regards to our financial situation to not overshoot ourselves. And lastly, our "under contract" process where she would take the time to advise us and walk us through every document that needed to be signed and to answer any other questions we might have had.
