Seth is a very down to earth guy and very easy to communicate with.

This was our first time having to sell a house and my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Seth was very thorough and to the point with the whole process. He knew exactly what he was doing, how he expected things to go and what we should expect. Everything just fell into place and I don't think things could have went any smoother. We appreciate everything Seth did for us and would recommend him to anybody.
