Never once did he focus on the money and never once did I feel rushed in talking with him. This guy is GREAT! We're an investment company, and Seth himself is an investor as well as a Realtor, so we choose to work with him often. He's incredibly skilled at helping homeowners and finding ways for everyone to win. We have the LOWEST offer for a property we just purchased with him, and he was still able to get it accepted. With how crazy this market has been, that was already an incredible achievement. This property was in terrible shape and not livable. We purchased it to rehab it. Seth helped guide us as we did our inspections and was able to negotiate the sellers DOWN again by another $7,500 after already having the lowest offer. He knows his contracts; he's an INCREDIBLE negotiator; he's super friendly and is easy to get along with; he's very creative and always looks for ways to help homeowners. Realistically, we would never have had our offer accepted if it were not for Seth intervening for us. We will MOST DEFINITELY be working with Seth again when we sell this property and when we purchase more properties.

Let me start by saying this is the BEST!! Realtor out there! My boyfriend and I knew nothing about how to buy a home, and he was so patient with us. He’s so great at explaining things. It was a little nerve-racking buying a home, but the fact that he kept us up to date and kept up regular contact with us made things feel so much more simple. Seth saved us a ton of money when we sold our home! He’s very thorough in his work. The buyers we were working with were giving us some issues, but Seth managed to keep everything moving forward the entire time. He was able to save me some money off a mistake in the contract that worked in our favor. If he hadn’t caught it, I don’t think anyone would have. Seth actually came recommended by a friend who used a couple real estate agents before Seth. His commission seemed high at first, but after seeing how much effort he put into the deal, I think it was more than fair. If he promises something, he follows through with it and most of the time he overdelivers. I was surprised when we got more than what he told us we would get when we first listed with him. I was SOO HAPPY with the service and I would absolutely use him again!!
