Seth was amazing in helping me purchase my retirement home. As a first time home buyer I had many concerns and questions as I didnt understand the process. Seth was patient and provided valuable info and insights when questions arose. He responded fast to info i needed and when time was of the essence. Being a long distance purchaser, Seth did the things for me I could not do being so far away. He went to houses and took pics and videos, he went to inspections, he did my walk thru for me.
