Seth did an excellent job.
Seth was very quick to move on any action that was necessary. He was thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He anticipated most of my questions ahead of time and if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out quickly. Seth has the connections, experience, resources, and training necessary to sell a house quickly for a fair value. He also knows his market well. It was a pleasure working with him.
