I'd give more than 5 stars. Contacted many many brokers through Zillow or other sources for over 1 year. Am really glad that I found and met Seth. He was truly advising what I need to look at. He didn't just say yes to whatever I question. He opened my eyes widely for what I should not miss. He truly works as real estate professional and friendly as your friend as well. Many buyerside broker don't even care after closing but he still contact me if any issue I have even after almost half year passed. He is the one who can research any issue you should know and he literally goes the site to look for. I totally recommend him to anyone who's interested in getting house in NJ. I wish I had more money to buy house with his assistance.
