Seth Bronko was born and raised in Naugatuck, Connecticut, where he still resides today with his wife, Caitlin, and their two children. A proud Husky alum, Seth graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications. After college, Seth partnered with his father to build and grow Bronko Construction, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in building, remodeling, and project management. Through years in the construction industry, he developed a deep understanding of how homes are built, renovated, and maintained — knowledge that now gives his real estate clients a unique advantage. In addition to his work in real estate and construction, Seth proudly serves as the State Representative for Connecticut’s 70th District, representing the people of Naugatuck at the State Capitol. His commitment to serving the community carries over into every aspect of his professional life, where honesty, communication, and hard work remain at the center of his approach. Seth specializes in residential real estate with a strong emphasis on investment properties, fixer-uppers, and helping buyers see the full potential of a home.
