About Seth

Seth was born and raised in Naugatuck, CT where he currently resides. He is married to his beautiful wife, Caitlin, and they have one son together. He is a proud Husky alum, graduating with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications from UConn. After college, Seth teamed up with his dad and started a general contracting business, Bronko Construction. He is the business manager, but also gained vast knowledge through hands-on experience with building and remodeling. He learned multiple trades and how jobs are run from start to finish. Seth decided to expand his skill set and focus on real estate investing, and founded another company in 2021, SB Development. He currently has one multi-family property in his portfolio, which he is looking to expand. To aid his real estate investing business, Seth obtained his real estate license. He specializes in residential real estate with an emphasis on investment properties. His expertise in building and remodeling gives him a unique advantage working with clients in the real estate buying and selling world. Looking for a fixer upper?
