The purchase of a second home in Oregon was a smooth experience thanks to Seth. The purpose of purchasing the home was to provide a place for my son to live while going to college and a second home for my wife and I when we visit our son to watch him play baseball in college. I live in California (9 hours away from Newberg) so it was critical I had someone I could count on as my representative locally where the property was located. Seth did a fantastic job negotiating an additional $4,000 off the already reduced price (in a seller's market!). He was also able to negotiate a couple other items into the contract that reduced the overall cost. Seth was very knowledgeable about the area as he lives in the same town and had good suggestions regarding services and was able to connect me with a good loan broker that was able to get me a very competitive mortgage rate.
