Seth and Renee never really had our backs when it came to this buying experience We lived on the other side of the state and could not do a walk thru prior They advised us that it was not necessary, Not a good idea.. They could of done the walk thru for us and taken pictures of all the junk the seller left behind for us to take to the dump They basically told us oh to bad you signed the doc They are good at process but don't really look out for the buyer.
