My wife and I were in the process of buying our first house together. Sergio was referred to us by one of my wife’s coworkers. We initially started looking in San Diego, but soon realized that was never going to happen. We decided to look in Temecula instead. Sergio did not know much about Temecula, but did not hesitate to schedule showings when we sent him properties. We were in escrow on a house in Temecula when we found out the tax rate was way too high. Sergio was willing to cut his commission in half to help us purchase the house. Unfortunately, that house did not work with our finances. We decided to keep looking in that area. I believe we made him drive up there three times before we found the house we bought. He was willing to make the long drive to make sure we found the perfect house for us. We did not have a lot of negotiating power, but I believe he did his best with what he had to work with. Although I was turned off by the lending company we used, it was comforting to know that Sergio was our agent. Ultimately, we were able to get into the home we fell in love with because of Sergios help. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends or family.
