Absolute Rockstar
Sergio has been more than I could ever imagine in a realtor. He has guided and advised me on my first property purchase and helped me set that up as a rental. Recently, he helped me sell and buy a home with my partner. Along the way, never once did we feel we were alone or unclear about the sell and purchase. Sergio went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready for showings and transfer to the new owner. From the smallest item, such as ensuring the doorbell work and replacing it, to working with my tenant on scheduled appointments. With the home purchase, I have no doubt that it was his persistence, work ethic and character that got us the home. We are so grateful to have Sergio not only as a realtor but a friend.
