Sergio was very communicative throughout the entire process. He took note of our needs & wants in a new home & available at all times for questions & to show us our options in the current market. He was very professional, kind & always offering to go above & beyond. We ended up finding our dream home & he was there every step of the way. He negotiated the furnishings into the purchase & answered all questions throughout the inspection process. He had a roofer come out to access the condition of the roof & gave us numbers for various folks we would need after move in. He was very patient with us & he gave honest thoughts & feedback during the negotiation process. Sergio is an excellent & knowledgeable realtor.
