I can't say enough good things about Sergio and his team ! He was incredibly helpful, honest, upfront, and dependable throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting until well after the closing date, He showed genuine concern for us and was able to understand our needs. He never made us feel ashamed by our inquiries or uneasy about asking questions. He gave clear explanations of everything, including how to evaluate an offer, interact during showings and open house, and more. Even though we had some challenges during the time, the entire process went much more quickly than anticipated and was a pleasure.
