My husband and I are expecting a little girl at the end of January. We told Serena that we would like to be in a house before Christmas. She always sent us new listings and listing of houses that changed in price each morning to look at. She would take time out of her day to show us houses even if it was the same day before her other appointments. She made us feel valued and appreciated it! And always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She ultimately wanted us to be happy with what we got and not to feel rushed. Great at communication, she makes both the house buying and selling your house smooth as can be.
