We really loved working with Serena. She took the time up front to listen to our often conflicting desires and priorities. By listening and understanding us, she was able to do a lot of the searching for us. This had a hugely positive impact since we were coming from out of town and needed to maximize our limited time. Something that we expected to take months to accomplish with only a moderate level of satisfaction Serena was able to accomplish is a few weeks. She found the perfect place that we all fell in love with!
