This is only my second experience with a Real Estate Agent and I must say What A HUGE Difference! Serena was helpful in any way possible you could think might come up and trust me, things come up! She took the time to recommend and follow through with a beautiful "virtual" staging of an otherwise empty home and it looked AMAZING! I am confident that her ideas and execution no doubt impacted the potential buyers that bid on the home. I had a probate situation that she handled with the utmost care and professional expertise. All of the necessary documentation as well as her dealing with both the buyer and Attorney's office was on point and handled with urgency no matter what other clients she was dealing with on a daily basis.
