Semone is a very knowledgeable realtor. She handles documents, problems/and or issues promptly and is definitely well-qualified to represent you. The buyer asked for an additional electrical inspection. I thought that was strange since the regular inspector already inspected the electrical box, outlets, etc. I was never asked to do that in any of my previous home sales. Semone calmly explained that we should allow it and then go over the findings and that we could comply with the requests or not at that time. Prior to that I was ready to just refuse. It may have cost me the sale. If you're looking for a great realtor, call her.
