"I've been trying to sell my land on and off for the past several years with no luck. A few months ago I thought I'd give it another shot with no to little expectations based on past experience. I reached out to Selene and she was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. She was very accessible and quick to respond to inquiries. We worked out a plan to sell the property and launched the sale process. Within three weeks we had two offers, one was more than 40% of what I was expecting. Now the land I own is not worth very much which would equate to a really low commission for Selene but that didn't seem to matter based on her approach to the sale. She could have easily put this on the back burner and worked on more profitable situations. But she gave my land equal attention and it paid off. I couldn't recommend Selene highly enough.
